The Products
How long until I notice anything?
Adaptogens and micronutrients work gradually. Most of the research on these ingredients runs over four to eight weeks of daily use, so treat your first pouch as a full cycle rather than a trial.
Why powder instead of capsules?
The studied doses will not fit into one or two capsules. A sachet lets us use the full dose without asking you to swallow six pills a day.
Is any of it habit-forming?
No. There are no stimulants and no sedatives in any of our formulas, and you can stop at any time.
Can I take more than one product together?
Yes, the range is designed to be combined. Check the labels so you are not doubling up on the same vitamin or mineral across two products.
Can I take it with medication?
Speak to your doctor first. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication or managing a health condition, get medical advice before starting any new supplement.

How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $39. Below that, standard shipping is charged at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four business days once your order has been dispatched. You will get a tracking link by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it has not gone to the warehouse yet, we can change it.
Returns
What is the guarantee?
Thirty days from delivery. Try a full pouch — if it is not for you, contact us and we will refund you.
Do digital products qualify?
Digital downloads such as the meal plan are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
