Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are checked and passed to our fulfilment partner within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.
Delivery times
Standard shipping to the United States takes 7 to 15 business days. Express shipping takes 5 to 9 business days. Delivery estimates run from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Our items are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, which is how we keep prices under fifty dollars. It also means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We would rather tell you that plainly than surprise you after you have paid.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout, and is free on all orders over seventy-five dollars. Express shipping is charged at cost and displayed before you pay.
Multiple items
If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, as they can ship from different facilities. You are only charged shipping once.
Tracking
Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to show its first scan. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Customs and import duties
Prices shown do not include any import duties or taxes your country may charge. Where these apply they are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders under fifty dollars are not charged duty, but this varies by country.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it but shipping will be charged again.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 21 days, or the carrier confirms your parcel is lost, we will refund you in full. See our Returns and Refunds policy for how to claim.
