Who we are

 

Honey Harbor is an online retailer of women's winter clothing and accessories. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

 

Orders

 

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We accept your offer when we ship the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order for any reason we will contact you and refund you in full.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is out of stock, or where a price has been listed in error.

 

Pricing

 

All prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude any import duty or tax your country may charge.

 

We try hard to price accurately, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before charging you and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

 

Product descriptions and images

 

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and every product page carries sizing guidance. Colours may look different between screens, and small variations in finish and measurement are normal on garments. These variations are not defects.

 

Sizing

 

Our sizing runs to the guidance shown on each product page rather than to any national standard. Please check the notes before ordering. Because we do not accept returns for incorrect size choice, we would rather you ask us first if you are unsure.

 

Payment

 

Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store your card details. Payment is handled by our payment provider under their own security standards.

 

Returns

 

Our Returns and Refunds policy forms part of these terms. In short, all sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, significantly different from its description, or does not arrive at all.

 

Intellectual property

 

The Honey Harbor name, logo, and the text on this site belong to us. Product photography is supplied by our manufacturing partners. You may not copy or reuse our brand assets without written permission.

 

Limitation of liability

 

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

 

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

 

Your statutory rights

 

These terms do not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

 

Changes

 

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
